Miller (2013) 'Sherwood Rise' e-book was featured at the International Digital Publishing Forum - the Trade Standards Organisation for the publishing industry in New York on 29-30th May - the book expo of America. Sherwood Rise was designed and created by David Miller. It was chosen as part of Diana Rhoten's presentation, Diana is CSO for Amplify, former Fulbright scholar, previously lecturer at Stanford where she got her PhD. http://idpf.org/digital-book-2013
